Pre-Sale Information
Pre-Sale Information
This is a pre-sale item. Pre-sale products will be available for purchase for 10 days. After the pre-sale period closes, items will be produced and shipped starting 4 weeks from the close of the sale period. Please note that pre-sale items cannot be expedited and are subject to the production timeline outlined above.
Payment: Payment for pre-sale items is charged immediately upon order placement.
Returns: Pre-sale items follow our standard return policy and can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to available stock. We produce extra inventory to accommodate exchanges when possible.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you submit your order, you will receive two separate emails. The first email is generally received immediately, and it confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you that your order has been shipped and will contain the tracking details for your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you received none of the confirmation emails in your inbox.
For pre-sale orders: You will receive an order confirmation immediately upon purchase. A shipping notification will be sent when your items are ready to ship, approximately 4 weeks after the pre-sale period closes.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Standard orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies.
Pre-sale orders: Pre-sale items will be available for purchase for 10 days. Production begins after the pre-sale period closes, and items will start shipping approximately 4 weeks from the close of the sale period. Pre-sale items cannot be expedited.
Occasionally, our system will trigger a security response and therefore can not process your order immediately. In that case, your order will go to our Fraud Prevention Department for review, and we will notify you via email if your credit card status is not within the credit card processors' security measures. In this situation, we might request a different form of payment or cancel your order and issue a refund back on your card.
Please note: 'KaiTrump.Shop' reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. If your order is cancelled, any funds collected will be returned to you.
Do you charge state sales tax?
Yes, we collect California state sales tax on all orders shipped to California. Other states may also require us to collect sales tax on orders shipped to their residents, depending on local laws.
How do I check my Order Status?
Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Orders generally take 2-3 business days for processing and may be subject to payment verification.
For pre-sale orders: Your order status will show as "Pre-Sale - In Production" until items are ready to ship (approximately 4 weeks after the pre-sale period closes).
You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped and it will include the tracking number for your package.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information before submitting your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. Once an order has been submitted, there is no guarantee that the order will be able to be changed or cancelled. If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know ASAP by contacting Support@KaiTrump.shop. Although order changes or cancellation requests are not guaranteed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request!
Pre-sale orders: Pre-sale orders can typically be modified or cancelled during the pre-sale period. Once the pre-sale period closes and production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Most major credit cards and Shop Pay are accepted.
My credit card was declined, why is this? And can I order another way?
Sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, we are not given details on why your credit card was declined. We recommend you contact your credit card issuer for help. Feel free to try paying with another credit card.
Why was I charged more than once?
If during the first or subsequent times that you attempted to submit your order, you received an error message pop-up that stated that the incorrect billing address was provided, pending authorizations may have been created because the incorrect information was provided. Rest assured that the pending authorizations are not charges and should drop off your account in about 3-5 business days.
Why has my payment not been processed yet?
Payment is typically processed immediately upon order submission. If your payment appears pending, it may be due to:
- Your bank or credit card company reviewing the transaction for security purposes
- Insufficient funds or credit limit restrictions
- Incorrect billing information entered during checkout
If your payment has not been processed within 24 hours, please contact your payment provider or our customer service team for assistance.
What currency is displayed at checkout?
All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars). Your credit card company or payment provider will automatically convert the charge to your local currency if different, and may apply foreign transaction fees according to your card's terms.

How do I track my order?
You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped and it will include the tracking number for your package.
Pre-sale orders: Tracking information will be provided when your pre-sale items ship, approximately 4 weeks after the pre-sale period closes.
How much is shipping?
To calculate shipping charges, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout to view your shipping options and costs.
Shipping costs for US orders vary based on content and the destination. You are NOT required to enter any credit card information until after the shipping method is selected.
Domestic orders ship via the following method: Domestic Standard (7-10 business days, estimated.) A tracking number is available for all domestic shipments.
Note: Pre-sale items will ship approximately 4 weeks after the pre-sale period closes. Expedited shipping options apply only to the shipping transit time, not the production timeline.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 24 countries outside the United States! Please see the list above for all available shipping destinations. The cost of delivery calculated during checkout is based on the weight of the package and its destination. Shipping options are available at multiple price points and delivery times for your convenience. During checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options and prices.
International Shipping Times: International delivery times vary significantly depending on your country's customs processing and internal postal system. We cannot provide exact delivery timeframes for international orders as these factors are outside our control.
Important for International Customers: You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. We are unable to cover or reimburse these charges.
How do you calculate International taxes, customs fees, or duties?
International customers are fully responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other import charges imposed by their country. We do not cover, reimburse, or include these fees in our pricing. These charges are separate from shipping costs and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
If your order is shipping outside of the U.S., you are likely to be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) before delivery can be completed. These fees are calculated by customs officials and are difficult to estimate before shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we are required by law to provide accurate information to customs officials.
Delays in customs are possible and may delay the delivery due to border restrictions and potential holds at customs. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:
- Original shipping charges
- All applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes
- The cost of return shipping back to us (if applicable)
These fees also apply to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Due to international shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as a "Gift" on customs forms.
Can an order be shipped to a P.O. Box or A.P.O./F.P.O. address?
Yes, orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes, and also to A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses. These orders are automatically shipped via USPS or affiliates. Delivery days can vary based on location. *APO/FPO orders may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately tracking numbers are not sent out on APO/FPO shipments.
Pre-sale orders to APO/FPO addresses: Please allow additional time beyond the standard 4-week production timeline for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
Can an order be shipped to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, an order may only be shipped to one address. To have items shipped to another address a new order would need to be placed.
Refused and Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible for costs associated with errors due to an inaccurate shipping address provided in the order. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are stopped, held, or refused by customs in international destinations.
What if my package has not arrived?
Some packages may require a signature. There is a slight chance that your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. Please refer to the status of your package via the tracking number emailed to you after you place your order. You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped and it will include the tracking number for your package.
Pre-sale orders: Please note that pre-sale items ship approximately 4 weeks after the pre-sale period closes. If your package has not arrived after this production timeline plus the estimated shipping time, please contact customer service.
What if I suspect my package lost or missing?
We apologize that you have not received your order. To report a missing package, please contact our customer service at Support@KaiTrump.shop. We look forward to resolving this issue for you as soon as possible. Customer support will respond within 3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return or exchange my order?
KaiTrump.Shop accepts returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery as long as it hasn't been washed, damaged or worn. International (non-U.S.) customers will be allowed 45 days for returns due to the longer shipping times. The date postmarked on the return package will mark when your package was returned.
Pre-sale items: The 30-day return period begins from the date of delivery, not from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges associated with returning the package.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, you may return it with photo proof of the damage, as long as the garment arrived in that condition and has not been washed or worn. Please contact our customer service at Support@KaiTrump.shop with photos of the damage to initiate the return process.
Size or Color Exchanges
Returns for size or color changes are allowed within our standard return policy. Here's how shipping costs work for exchanges:
For your first exchange, you are responsible for paying to ship the item back to us, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending your replacement item to you. If you need to exchange that replacement item again for any reason, you will need to cover shipping costs in both directions - both the cost to return the item to us and the cost for us to ship the new replacement to you. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guides on the product pages before ordering to minimize the need for exchanges.
What cannot be returned/exchanged?
Wearable items that have been washed, damaged (unless arrived damaged with photo proof), or worn.

How do I return / exchange my order?
If you receive a damaged item, you may return it with photo proof of the damage, as long as the garment arrived in that condition and has not been washed or worn. Please contact our customer service at Support@KaiTrump.shop with photos of the damage to initiate the return process.
How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Shop Pay: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and the refund has been initiated. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
What happens if my return is lost in the mail?
No refunds will be issued for items not received by our returns department, as we have no way of tracking those packages without a traceable ship method. We recommend you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery. Inquire at your local post office if you are unsure of local carriers who offer this service.
Someone sent me a gift and I want to return it, how would I do that?
Gift returns or exchanges are processed just like a regular return would be, with the same 30 day (45 day non-U.S.) time limit. If the item is not going to be exchanged and a refund is required, that refund will go back to the original purchaser's payment account.
If you would like to return a gift in exchange for another product, we will issue your account a credit for the value of the returned item. If you are not the original customer, please include their name and zip code to help expedite the process.
